ABOUT ME

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer telehealth therapy throughout California.

I have found that when people are in a safe space to be themselves, they are able to let go of unhelpful beliefs, people, and patterns that leave them feeling “stuck.” Whether it is learning ways to embrace the beautiful person that you are as a Highly Sensitive Person or finding the tools to navigate feelings of anxiety, trauma, and bad relationships, I will help you tap into your hidden gifts and get to the heart of your struggles in a secure and safe space.

As a Palestinian woman, I am also passionate about destigmatizing mental health services among communities of color and emphasizing the importance of seeking services when needed.
